3. Poris Plawad bus station (a 10 minutes walk from the apartment) where you can find buses that can take you to various locations in Jakarta (Grogol, Juanda, Senayan, etc.) for only IDR3,500.
4. Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) can be reached within 22 minutes depending on traffic.
5. Lippo Karawaci business center is only a 22 minutes drive depending on traffic.
6. Mall Bale Kota is only a 10 minutes drive from the apartment depending on traffic.
7. Tangcity Mall is only a 15 minutes drive from the apartment depending on traffic.
8. Less than 15 minutes from the nearest culinary hotspot of Tangerang City.
9. Tangerang upscale shopping malls such as Summarecon Mal Serpong, Supermal Karawaci, IKEA Indonesia, and Living World can be reached within 25 minutes driving depending on traffic (14,3 km)
10. Marcopolo Waterpark can be reached within 19 minutes depending on traffic (10,8 km)
11. Amsterdam Waterpark is within 29 minutes drive depending on traffic (12,6 km)
12. Palm Bay Waterpark is a 21 minutes drive depending on traffic (8,6 km).

1. Payments are usually done in full within 5 days before the start of the term according to the number of months stayed (Payment = #months x rate). This is negotiable.
2. Required 1 month deposit fee that will be returned to the tenant after the renting term is completed. This deposit fee will cover any damages or missing items found during and/or after the stay. 
3. Renting rate stated includes maintenance fee that will be paid by the owner to the building management.
4. Renting rate does not include electricity which is token based. Electricity token can be purchased through the building management. Owner will happily assist in purchasing the tokens.
5. Renting rate does not include water which is charged monthly according to usage
6. TV cable or WiFi available with additional charges.
7. Renting rate is negotiable.
